This hotel is located in a fantastic area right on the beach, surrounded by restaurants and bars. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making the stay enjoyable. However, the dining experience could use improvement, especially with breakfast options being quite limited. Overall, it's a decent value for money, but be aware of some maintenance issues in the rooms.

The rooms were spacious and mostly comfortable, but the cleaning service left much to be desired. Additionally, I had a frustrating experience with the staff when it came to resolving issues. I had a lovely time at this resort, set conveniently on the Full Moon Party beach. The management was very helpful and the restaurant offered an amazing breakfast. However, the cleaning staff could have done a better job, and I found it inconvenient that there was no telephone in the room.
